Install in three steps

1Open the file
When the download finishes, open Tab.zip in your Downloads folder. Tab appears next to it.
2Drag Tab to Applications
Drag the Tab icon into the Applications folder in Finder.
3Open Tab
Open it from Applications, or from Spotlight with ⌘Space. The Tab cat appears in the menu bar.

After installing

Allow AccessibilityOn your first direct paste, Tab asks for this so it can press ⌘V for you: System Settings → Privacy & Security → Accessibility → Tab. Without it, Tab copies the item and you paste.
Start the trial or add your keyThe free trial starts automatically. Have a key? Paste it in Settings → Subscription.
Turn on iCloud syncIn Settings → Devices & Sync. Use the same Apple Account on your Mac and iPhone.
Try the shortcuts⌥⇧V for the board, ⌥V for the Quick Ring, and / for commands on any card.

And on iPhone

Tab for iPhone shows what you copied on your Mac, and its keyboard pastes it into any app.
