Free trial
Every subscription starts with a 14-day free trial, and nothing is charged before it ends. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing.
Within 14 days
Ask for a full refund within 14 days of any payment, monthly or yearly, no questions asked.
How to ask
Use the link in your Paddle receipt, or email info@rplx.net with the email you bought with. We reply within two business days.
Who refunds you
Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for orders on our website, so it refunds the same payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
After a refund
The subscription and its activation key stop, and your clips stay saved on your device.
iPhone
Purchases in the iPhone app go through the App Store and are refunded by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
